New resources added in bare essential today include the equalities monitoring data rationale and questions for  the work we have been doing to support The Education and Training Foundation Leadership, Management and Governance programme. 

The questionnaire includes all 9 protected grounds plus questions relating to:

• Social mobility
• Flexible working
