AoC Senior Leadership Programme: Bursary scheme launched

AoCdefinition Create is delighted to announce a further cohort of the popular Senior Leadership and Management Development Training Programme, starting in November 2015. See flyer attached below. 

The Education and Training Foundation are funding 10 bursary places for delegates from the Further Education and Skills sector, including third sector organisations, ITPs, adult community learning providers, specialist providers etc. In order to be considered for the bursary, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Working in a senior management of director level role, with leadership skills development identified and agreed as part of development plan within your organisation
  • Turnover generated by education and training provision of under £15m p/a
  • Evidence of delivering education, training and/or skills development support to local communities and/or hard-to-reach learners
  • You must be able to demonstrate significant experience in people management, resource and financial/budgetary responsibility

Applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Foundation in conjunction with AoC.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on Wednesday 15 July. Applicants will be advised of the outcomes shortly after this.
